Is there a guarantee that comes with the house?
Yes, Boconnell Properties is a Grade 1 NHBC Registered developer. This means your home carries a 10 year NHBC warranty.
Can I make any changes to the house?
Yes, a wide range of options and choices are available. Boconnell does all it can to accommodate your wishes.
